The Billings City Attorney’s Office prosecutes misdemeanor criminal charges that occur within the city limits of Billings.  If you are the victim of a crime that our office is prosecuting, and want information regarding your case, please call our main officer number at (406) 657-8205.  If you have received a Marsy’s Card, a Victim Witness Specialist has been assigned to your case.  A Victim Witness Specialist’s role is to provide information and support to the victim.
